The Team

Jason Cardoza, President



Jason Cardoza offers 30+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation, LTL, Recruiting and 3PL Industries. His career track encompasses US domestic and some international operations, start-ups, traditional project implementations, and process improvement initiatives. Jason is a leader in his field and has served in leadership level positions with top corporations, driving unprecedented results. He has been recognized for instituting multiple process improvements, positively affecting his company and clients bottom line.



Jason specializes in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution Management Operations and Implementations. Supply Chain and Logistics Operations and Implementations in Domestic US Operations. Jason has led many other key project launches for such companies as Home Depot, HP Hood LLC, KraftMaid Cabinets, Dynamic Forest Products, Weyerhaeuser, GreenLeaf Automotive, Home Depot Expo, US Foods and IKEA.



In 2011, Jason launched Top Tier Recruiting, successfully providing Talent Acquisition services across multiple industries and disciplines. He is also the President of Trucker’s America, providing staffing and consulting expertise to global and domestic Transportation and Logistics clients. 



Jason is a member of the AST&L, is a member of the National Safety Council and is the recipient of the Chairman’s Club award in 2006. Jason is a Certified Supply Chain Analyst, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Jason also served on the Board of the Rhode Island Trucking Association

LoriAnn brings over 25 years experience to Top Tier Recruiting through her prestigious tenures with Accenture, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, McGladrey, Nature Made Vitamins and Belk. LoriAnn has worked across multiple industries and disciplines both domestically and globally. 


LoriAnn’s expertise includes executive search, coaching, outplacement services, developing talent acquisition and sourcing strategies, leading large talent acquisition teams, and building strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and business leaders.
